Growing

Tobi is doing well and growing. We have finally slowed down with the doctor visits and blood tests. He still is somewhat jaundice though so we are going to see a hematologist soon just to make sure everything is ok. He is 7 weeks old today, which is crazy to me. Time has been flying by. He is almost 2 weeks past his due date too which is good. He is starting to be more like a full term baby now and beginning to sleep a little more at night. The whole preemie thing has been a challange and I am glad to be coming out of that stage. He is such a good baby and wants to be held all the time. That makes getting things done tricky but I figure it goes so fast that I don't want to miss any of it.

Last weekend we had a little shower/party for Tobi and had families come to celebrate. It was fun to have people here and to show off Tobi. Sometimes I really can't believe that he is here. He is such a little miracle boy. I am thankful for the technology that allowed him to be here. It really is so sci-fi when I think about it. I just couldn't imagine our life without him now. Will adores him and asked when we were going to get more babies. haha... I said not for awhile. He wants to hold him all the time and he is such a great helper. He runs for Tobi's binki as soon as he starts crying and if Will sees Tobi spit up he wipes his mouth and nose. It is really fun to see him do that.
