Family and Weddings

We just had a great time with the Taplin clan here. The house was busy with Audrey, Haley, Brett, and Madalyn here. Will had a blast and we were all so sad to see them go. It is nice to have our house back after a lot of company, but if we had our way we would gladly give that up for family. I loved seeing the kids and how much each of them has grown. We are blessed with family. Dave and Matt had fun too. They read, went shooting, bought guns, were the were and just had fun being together. We were able to go up to the Middle Fork and the kids got to float down twice and we played in it one time too. They all went to the water park, had a picnic in a park, swam at home, played outside and we just enjoyed each other in all the business. It is so quiet now.

Now that they are home and we are all getting back to "normal" we are also getting ready for Kim and Kevin's wedding on the 6th. It is hard to believe that Kim is getting married. =) We are excited and it should be a great day. We have more family and friends coming in this week at different times so it should be nice to see everyone and celebrate Kim and Kevin. He is a great guy and I am so thankful they found each other. Will is very excited to have another uncle and to be in the wedding. It should be great.

I have been thinking a lot lately just about life and what we are put on this earth for. This summer has been full of family and new life and new beginnings. I love it. So, naturally I think. God made each of us so individually but the same. We are made to worship Him and though that sounds so simple it can be so difficult. I struggle with this being a mother, a wife, daughter, sister, person. =) I feel God tugging at my heart and I always am excited to see what follows each time I fee this. There are a lot of new things in front of us and I somewhat anxiously await them. I am a very blessed woman in all that I have. I love my boys and the joy each one brings me. Matt is my best friend and hero, Will is my wild, crazy, full of life child, and Tobi is my sweet, precious, and yet loud baby. I can't wait to see what his personality is going to be. I don't think I could ask for more. God is good.
