Yea!! I am so thankful you were encouraged to start using the recipes in the same way I was. I had the exact same problem--always wanting to make a recipe but never being prepared. You just got to jump in (and plan :-) I wish we could make them together as well but at least we can share the outcomes! Miss ya!
